Shipping Policy

At mellowoutpools, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review the information below regarding order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and our cancellation policy.

1. Business Days Only

All stated timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

3. Transit Time

Transit time 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday)

4. Shipping Timeframes

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Your product will be delivered within 5-8 business days.

5. Shipping charges

There is no shipping charge for regular orders within the US.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not ship to countries outside of the US.

7. Assembly Notice

All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.

9. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

10. Changing Orders

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mellowoutpools.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on the status of your order.
